New single storey ancillary training building, built to compliment the adjacent to the Award winning BIM Regional Fisheries Training Centre. Net repair and engine training rooms, stores, office accommodation are incorporated within a long linear building shape dictated by the site, worked purposefully to a nautical design.
The standing seam metal roof and horizontal corrugated metal cladding to the more public side, with painted rendered blockwork to the harbour work area, gives the building a robust but distinguished appearance, appropriate to its waterside location.
