Extensive alterations & extensions to small cottage, which had been previously modified in an unattractive manner. Works included introducing windows to the 1st floor bedrooms to maximise on scenic views westward over Roaring Water Bay, demolishing previous extensions and building a new vaulted living room with extensive glazing. In relocating the access to the house away from a busy road, a new rear small entrance courtyard was also formed with the wing extensions.
